Hi Beautiful soul I’m Melissa, a soul-led woman devoted to energy healing, somatics, nervous system support, and embodied transformation.

My work weaves together somatic awareness, intuitive energy healing, and guidance to help you return to safety, clarity, and connection within yourself.

Why I do this work

My own healing journey moved through loss, reinvention, single motherhood, identity shifts, hormonal transitions, and spiritual awakening.

It led me into deeper layers of embodiment, energy, and soul truth — including profound experiences in Bali that opened a new understanding of what it means to feel safe, connected, and alive in my body.

Through every chapter, one truth remained:

Rituals with Melissa was created as a space for you to return to yourself, to release what's heavy, and to reconnect you with your inner rhythm.
